Looking at the last 100 years. Pretty lopsided after Ruth was sold to the Yankees, the last 5 years notwithstanding.

Nice stuff! +60 or – 60 games is confusing though. difference in number of wins?
Thanks David. The + and – 60 is confusing. I’ll update that graphic. It’s the number of games back each team was of each other. So +10 would mean the Yankees finished 10 games ahead of the Red Sox.
